PRIVACY

Clear enough to read. Serious enough to matter.

Last updated · 22 August 2026

We collect the minimum information needed to run the practice, answer useful conversations and keep the site secure.

This notice is a practical overview, not a substitute for rights provided by applicable data protection law.

Who is responsible

IVITEB SOLUTIONS SRL, operating as ivi.works, is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For privacy questions, email hello@ivi.works.

What we collect

We may receive your name, work contact details, company, role and the information you include when you email us or start a project conversation. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical data such as IP address, device information and request logs.

Why we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential work, deliver agreed services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and improve the reliability of this website. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the studio, consent, or a legal obligation.

Email and field notes

The Field Notes form sends the email address you enter to us through our email provider so we can include you in an occasional note. It is handled by a person; we do not keep it in a subscriber database and we do not use it for anything else. Email hello@ivi.works to be removed at any time. If a dedicated newsletter service is introduced, we will explain the provider, consent mechanism and unsubscribe process before collecting subscriptions.

Cookies and analytics

We aim to keep tracking minimal. Essential hosting or security technologies may be used. If non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.

Service providers and transfers

We may use vetted providers for hosting, email, collaboration and project delivery. They process data under appropriate contractual safeguards. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we use a recognised transfer mechanism where required.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it remains useful for the conversation, contractual obligations, security, accounting or legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and relationship.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also contact the Romanian data protection authority if you believe your rights have been affected.

Updates

We may update this notice when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this address.
